This is a private billing practice. The listed practice fees are based on the Australian Medical Association recommendations. There will be a medicare rebate for consultations if you have a valid referral from your GP.

For the current COVID-19 period, we are offering telephone/telehealth consultations at the pensioner rate for patients. The same Medicare rebates apply as listed above if the referral is valid.

Procedures
We are a known gap billing practice. There will generally be a ‘gap’ (out of pocket cost) for your procedure that is dependent on your health fund. Each health fund has a different known gap rate and not all funds participate in the known gap policy. Either way, you will be given all relevant details for full informed financial consent prior to your procedure.
Pensioners are no gapped for their procedures.

Repeat Prescriptions
Generally we do not offer repeat prescriptions without a consultation. This is to ensure that we have the most up to date medical information about a patient prior to writing a script. Your GP may be able to write the script if you have seen them recently. If however a script is supplied by one of our doctors, a fee will be charged.
Medical Insurance Letters/Letters for Leave from work or study
A fee of $50 + GST will be charged.
